Floodline quick dial codes

Register to our Floodline direct warning service to find out if you can receive Flood Alerts and/or Flood Warnings for your property.

During the registration process you will be given the quickdial number for the Flood Alert and/or Flood Warning area that relates to your registered property.

Alternatively you can use the list of Alert areas below to check your Quickdial number (click on the cross beside each Alert area name to find out if there is a more localised Warning area relevant to you).

A Flood Warning area means an area where SEPA operates a formal flood warning scheme with the available technology to issue targeted Flood Warning messages for properties located in this area.

The boundaries of these areas have been set to include any properties which may be impacted by the effects of river or coastal flooding.

This impact could be that access routes are cut off or dangerous flood waters may be present.

The inclusion of any property within a flood warning area does not specifically imply that the individual property is at risk of flooding, but helps to identify the area at risk.

You can find out more about Flood Alert and Flood Warning messages mean and what action you should take when one is issued.

You can use the quick dial code when calling Floodline, to be taken straight to the relevant flood messages for your area.
