A FLOOD ALERT has been issued for Dundee and Angus

A FLOOD ALERT has been issued for Dundee and Angus. 

Heavy rain is expected to affect the area on Saturday and Sunday. Smaller watercourses are expected to rise quickly in response to this, and there may be some localised flooding to low lying areas. There may also be localised flooding to low lying areas and roads from surface water flooding. SEPA will continue to monitor the situation and further updates will be provided if the situation changes.
